In order to purchase a residential parking permit, you must create a new account, enter your vehicle information, upload relevant documentation, and submit payment. Residential Permits are checked using license plate, therefore there are no physical permits. The residential permit costs $20 per permit and is effective annually November 1st through October 31st. The annual renewal process is October 1st - 31st. Residents can purchase guest permits as well; the limit is two per household. You do not need to purchase a resident parking permit to purchase a guest permit. Guest permits are $30 per permit and are virtual permits only.
