SEAL BEACH, CA — Annual residential parking permits and guest parking permits are
set to expire on October 31, 2021.

Beginning October 1, 2021 individuals may sign on to their existing accounts via the
online parking portal to renew their parking permit(s). The residential permits will remain
$20 per permit and guest permits will remain $30 per permit. Renewed permits will be
valid from November 1, 2021, through October 31, 2022.

If you do not renew, your permit(s) will expire on October 31, 2021, and will not be valid.

All parking permits are virtual and your license plate acts as your permit. You will not
receive a physical parking permit in the mail.
