SEAL BEACH, CA. – The City of Seal Beach City Council at its July 26, 2021 meeting
approved the Articles of Incorporation and Initial Bylaws for the inception of the Seal
Beach Historic Resources Foundation.

SEAL BEACH, CA- The City of Seal Beach partnered with Orange County Supervisor Katrina Foley, to facilitate the installation of eco-friendly, portable, and non-slip ADA beach accessibility mats. The newly installed mats significantly improve accessibility to the beach by providing a comfortable and safe avenue for visitors with disabilities or limited mobility and families with strollers and different needs to enjoy a beach day. The portable mats are located near the the 8th Street Beach Lot on the north side of the beach and near the 10th Street Beach Lot on the south side of the beach.

SEAL BEACH, CA — The Seal Beach Police Department routinely patrols the city’s
beaches, parks, and all residences/businesses within our five City Council Districts.
When calls for service are generated throughout other areas of town, it is difficult to
have a continual police presence in every area of the city. Because of this and in
response to receiving funds from the 2018 Measure BB general sales tax, the City of
Seal Beach Police Department has developed innovative programs to better monitor
and reduce crime from occurring in our town.

SEAL BEACH, CA — Annual residential parking permits and guest parking permits are
set to expire on October 31, 2021.

SEAL BEACH, CA – The City of Seal Beach will be hosting a pop-up dog park at Zoeter Park. This is a pilot project that will run from September 29, 2021 through November 29, 2021. The hours of operation are sunrise to sunset.
