  • City Council and Planning Commission meeting agendas are published online and in the City Clerk's Office, no later than the Friday before the City Council and Planning Commission meeting date. The City Council and Planning Commission agendas are also posted in the kiosk adjacent to the Council Chamber doors.
  • In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, if you require disability related modifications or accommodations, including auxiliary aids or services to attend or participate in the City Council, Planning Commission or other Boards, Commissions or Committees meetings, please call the City Clerk's office at (562) 431-2527 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.

  • CAN I SPEAK AT A CLOSED SESSION?
    By State law, closed session is not open to the public. The public has an opportunity to speak on any closed session item before the Council goes into closed session.
  • HOW CAN I SPEAK AT A COUNCIL MEETING? DO I NEED TO CALL BEFORE THE MEETING?
    Members of the public may speak under "Public Comments" or on any item listed on the Agenda.
  • HOW CAN I FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED AT A CITY COUNCIL MEETING?
    To obtain information on any item discussed at the Council meeting, you may call the City Clerk's office the day after a decision. Council approved minutes are available on the City's website or from the City Clerk's Office.
