SEAL BEACH, CA. - On October 11th, 2017 Seal Beach Police arrested Patrick Clayton (36 years old from South Carolina). Officers responded to a call of a possible stolen vehicle at 333 First Street. An investigation lead Officers to Clayton, who was arrested for the charges of Possession of a Firearm, Identity Theft, and Possession of Stolen Property. Clayton was transported to Orange County Jail. Seal Beach Police suspect Clayton was involved in identity theft and mail theft.
