Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach will hold a second public hearing on Wednesday, June 6, 2012, at 7:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, to consider the following items:

PROPOSED “OCEAN PLACE” PROJECT

GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT 11-1

DWP SPECIFIC PLAN AMENDMENT 11-1 

ZONE CHANGE 11-1 

TENTATIVE TRACT MAP #17425 

DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT

Notice is hereby given that the meeting of the City of Seal Beach Planning Commission scheduled for May 16, 2012 is hereby cancelled.  The item that was scheduled to be heard as a continued hearing item will be re-noticed to be heard at the June 6, 2012 regular Planning Commission meeting. The updated project schedule for the DWP Specific Plan Amendment (Proposed "Ocean Place" Project) has been revised as of May 10, 2012.

 

 

The Final EIR is comprised of the Draft EIR (available for public review starting on November 14, 2011, and available here) and the following additional components:

• Introduction (Section 1) 
• Responses to Comments on the Draft EIR (Section 2) 
• Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (Section 3) 
• Errata (Section 4)
